Seed Coworking is for designers, developers and other independent contractors — or anyone who needs a professional work environment that isn’t your typical office.
Seed Coworking is more than desks, chairs and wifi (although those are all pretty nice). It's a true community of like-minded folks who prefer the company of others while working, planning, learning and playing. Stop in, we’d love to meet you.
From Monday Hackathons to monthly Lunch ’n’ Learns and everything in between. If you’re looking to get educated, inspired
and (sometimes) fed, then you’ve come to the right place.
Signing up for our newsletter is also a great way to stay in the know:
Our newsletter is called Dripfeed. Clever, eh?

A few or you have asked, “Where do I park when I visit Seed?” We’re glad you asked.
If your visit is short, say 2 hours or less, or you’re a part-time member, we recommend street parking on South Saint Clair. Metered parking is available, and it’s free between 11AM and 2PM, M, W, F. Street parking is free all day (unmetered) if you park south of Lafayette Street.
We encourage Unlimited members to get a $35 monthly parking pass for the lots at Washington and Gratiot, and Washington and Depot Streets. Ask us for details.
